1.This machine is a smart sawing and milling processing center that integrates drilling, slot milling, cutting, corner protection, laser marking, and label printing.
2.Equipped with 15-axis servo motor, 3 sets of fixed-angle servo feed cutting methods, 9+1 cycle loading and unloading levelers. The platform has laser milling holes and markings on the front and back, three sets of spindle milling holes on the top, bottom and back, and an automatic la-beling device. it is adopted with Waste collection device and convey out.
3.It can achieve 45-degree cutting, 45- and 90-degree mixed cutting, corner code holes, glue in- jection holes, key holes, lock boxes, and execution at one time. Processing techniques such as hand holes, mounting holes, hardware gaps, corner protection cutting, center sill scribing, auto- matic labeling, etc.
4.The three-axis CNC of the manipulator is adjustable and memory-able, which can realize flow operations and automatically recycle the material head.
